How much is delivery within NZ and how long does it take?

Delivery within NZ is a flat rate of $10 per order. Unusually bulky or very heavy items may incur an additional fee. Orders are normally delivered one to three business days after they are collected from Sommerfields.

If you choose to collect your goods from the store, we will contact you when they are ready for collection - usually within 2 to 3 days.

What about overseas?

Delivery costs and timeframes vary by country. This information is provided at Checkout. Faster delivery is available for an additional cost; please email us to enquire about this option.

The customer is responsible for all import duties and taxes relevant to the country of destination. Unusually bulky or very heavy items may incur an additional fee. 

What currency are the prices in?

All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$). Your purchase is converted to your native currency by your credit card provider.   

I’m ordering a gift; can it be wrapped?

Yes, we take great pride in our beautiful complimentary gift wrapping at Sommerfields! We wrap your gifts in our Sommerfields custom paper, and then finish it all off with ribbon and a special Sommerfields paua shell - all for free. Simply tick the Gift Wrap box during checkout.
