Returns Procedure

Please carefully check your goods upon arrival, before signing for the delivery. We can replace or refund goods damaged in transit but signing for the goods indicates that they were recieved in good order. For hygiene reasons cosmetics, creams and toiletries cannot be returned unless they are faulty. 

To return goods for refund or replacement, please let us know via email at sommerfields@paradise.net.nz. Return it to us in original, unopened condition with the original packaging, & your receipt, within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund the purchase price using the method you used for the initial purchase.

We cannot offer refunds or returns on sale items.

Unfortunately we are unable to refund, exchange or credit any items damaged in the wash.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
